This hands on class reflects a contemporary approach to
vegetarian cooking. The class looks at applying
professional chef techniques to
the preparation of vegetable only recipes.

You will improve your knowledge of how to choose and
use vegetables which are healthy, tasty and beautifully
served. We use fresh seasonal organic, where possible,
produce.We also include grains, pulses, nuts and fruits to
create delicious simple meals letting the food speak for
itself.

Meat Techiques with Joe Princi

Come along and meet Joe Princi from Princi
Butchers.
Joe's family are all involved in the food industry. He
chooses and buys his beef from his Uncle's farm in
Harvey twice a week.
His wife owns Romano's deli which supplies him
with the best olive oil and seasonings.
His beef is mostly grass fed and he prefers to deal
only with the locals when it comes to the rest of his
meat and poultry.
Remember this is hands on so bring a very sharp knife and
chopping board
